Updates are not showing

What to check when WordPress does not offer an update for Easy SVG Pro or another licensed UnleashWP product.

Licensed products receive updates in Dashboard → Updates like any other plugin. If an update does not appear:

Check the license

Open the plugin's license screen, for Easy SVG Pro Icons → License. It shows whether this site is activated and when updates were last checked.

Check for updates again

WordPress caches the list of updates for several hours. Click Check again under Dashboard → Updates.

Check the site in your account

Under Sites in your account, the site should be listed as connected. If it was disconnected, activate the license again.
