Switching features on

Every Easy SVG Pro feature is off by default. Learn what each switch under Icons → Features does, where it shows up and which ones you need.

Easy SVG Pro adds nothing to your site until you ask for it. Each feature has its own switch under Icons → Features. This guide explains the screen and every switch, so you turn on exactly what your site needs and nothing more.

Before you start

Switch a feature on

Open the Features screen

Go to Icons → Features. The switches are sorted into five groups: Icons and sets, Check and repair, In the editor, Integrations and For developers.

Find the feature

Scroll, or type a word into Filter features…, for example "Elementor".

Flip the switch

Click the switch. It is saved at once, and you see Saved. Switched something off by mistake? Click Undo in the message.

Reload when asked

If the feature brings a new screen, a note says that the tabs follow once the page is reloaded. Click Reload now. The new screen then appears in the Icons menu.

Switch all on and Switch all off change every visible switch at once. With a filter, that means only the matches. Use them carefully on a live site: a few features change content or open wp-admin to other people.

Integrations for plugins you do not use

An integration only does something when its plugin is active. If, for example, Elementor is not installed, the Elementor icon picker switch is hidden, and a note says how many integrations are hidden. Click Show all to see them anyway.

Good to know

  • Nothing inherits. Turning on the ACF picker does not add anything to Lazy Blocks, and turning on sets does not switch on the Icon block. Each switch is one decision.
  • Switching off can hide icons. If you switch off Icon set editor, icons from your sets are no longer drawn on your pages, and the same is true for an integration whose pages rely on it. Your data stays stored, and switching back on brings everything back.
  • Sanitizing has no switch. It always runs, for every source.
  • Configurator, Packs, Features and License have no switch: they are always there on a licensed site.

Common questions

Developers can read and change the switches in code. See Features in the developer reference.
