Icon Pack Starter
An open-source starter plugin that turns a folder of SVG icons into its own WordPress plugin, which Easy SVG Pro reads as a collection on any site.
The Icon Pack Starter turns a folder of SVG icons into a small WordPress plugin of its own. Install that plugin on any site with Easy SVG Pro, and the icons appear as a collection: in the Icon block, in page builders, in custom fields and in easy_svg_icon().

Nothing is downloaded while the site runs and nothing calls home. The icons are files inside the plugin, cleaned by Easy SVG Pro on the way in like any upload.

How it works
The starter contains one PHP file, an icons folder with three example icons and a manifest.json that names the collection and its icons. You replace the examples with your own icons and give the plugin your own name.
What you need
- Easy SVG Pro with an active license on every site that uses the pack. See Installation and license.
- Theme & folder sources switched on under Icons → Features on that site.
- For the WordPress Icon block: Multiple collections switched on as well, and WordPress 7.1 or newer.
- To build the pack: the starter files from UnleashWP and a text editor. You do not need to know PHP.
