Description

Registered on wp_abilities_api_categories_init. Its slug is also the namespace of the ability IDs. It is easy-svg-pro rather than easy-svg so it never collides with the free plugin's names; core refuses a second registration of an ID. Registered only when the Abilities API exists, the licence is active and the AI agent abilities feature is on. Permission: the user must have manage_options.
