Description
EASY_SVG_ICON_CAP is edit_theme_options and is mapped to every capability of the esw_icon post type, with map_meta_cap off. That keeps Authors and Editors from creating or changing icons through XML-RPC or a generic editor. The plugin's REST routes do not use it; they require manage_options. An add-on can also use it as the capability of its own panel tab.
