Description
Reads the full icon inventory, so the free icon library is included too. origin names what made the collection (a set, the theme, a folder, a plugin) and links a set to its edit screen. about carries a pack's license, author and source. Folders that registered nothing at all still appear with icons 0 and their problems, so a broken manifest is not silent. At most 20 problem rows per collection. Permission: Requires manage_options and an active licence. No single feature flag is needed.
