Description
Registered on init at priority 5 when WPBakery is present and no other plugin owns the tag. Deliberately not tied to the wpbakery flag: switching the flag off only removes the element from the builder, while published shortcodes keep rendering instead of printing their own source. The label is passed to the free plugin's easy_svg_icon(), which decides role and aria-label.
Parameters

The icon reference, collection/slug.

Accessible name. Empty keeps the icon decorative.
Return value
returnstring
The site's hardened inline SVG, or '' when the reference does not resolve.
Without WPBakery active the tag is not registered, so the shortcode prints as plain text.
