Description
Holds EASY_SVG_SCHEMA_VERSION, currently the string 5.0, once easy_svg_run_migration() has run on admin_init. While it is missing, the migration seeds svg_upload on for a site that already has SVG attachments and no settings yet. Removed on uninstall.
