easy_svg_5_notice
Transient that arms the one-time notice after the 5.0 update.

Description
Set by easy_svg_run_migration() to kept (uploads stayed on) or fresh (features are opt-in) for one week. easy_svg_migration_notice() shows the matching message once to a user with manage_options and deletes the transient. Removed on uninstall.
