Description
Returns exactly what the last /audit/scan stored, without scanning again. Check at to see how old the report is. Rows are keyed by attachment id and name the tags and attributes the sanitizer would remove, plus bad for a file it cannot parse. At most 200 findings are kept. Permission: Requires manage_options, an active licence and the audit feature (SVG cleaner) switched on.

Return value
The last stored scan: at, scanned, found, unreadable, next and rows keyed by attachment id. An empty object before the first scan.
